			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people associate the New Year as a time to make resolutions&#8230;unfortunately resolutions are short lived.  The reason being your conscious mind deals with will power&#8230;and will power is never long lasting.  Why you ask?  Well think of a something you want to accomplish in the New Year&#8230;say shedding some weight or giving up cigarettes.  Now think about yourself talk&#8230;what you say to yourself.</p>
<p>Self talk usually is negative and non supportive.  For example there you are confronted with a buffet or in a situation where people are smoking.  Now what are your thoughts in reference to controlling your appetite for unhealthy food or cigarettes?  Most likely you will be tempted by the smell, the sight, and the action of placing food on your plate or bringing a cigarette to your mouth; and before you know it you are eating up a storm and back to smoking.  I like to refer to this as the good angel and bad angel effect.  The good angel says &#8220;you know you want to shed weight or stop smoking&#8221; yet the bad angel says &#8220;oh go ahead have that pasta or have that cigarette&#8230;you know you want it&#8230;you deserve it plus you enjoy it&#8221;.  Thus your best intentions are thrown to the curb and you resume your old behavior.</p>
<p>The good news is there is a part of your mind known as the subconscious, your good friend, which is responsible for maintaining all your bodily functions such as breathing, heart beating, actions that you don&#8217;t consciously think about.  Now wouldn&#8217;t it be easy to allow your subconscious mind understand what healthy foods choices to make and eliminate a behavior you know is unhealthy?</p>
<p>This is where hypnosis comes into the equation for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Hypnosis deals with the subconscious mind and this is where individuals experience transformation.  Hypnosis is safe, natural and effective and works when you are determined to make a healthy lifestyle change.</p>
<p>The bottom line is honor the beauty and  power of your subconscious mind and allow yourself to become the person you desire in 2012.  Hypnosis is your answer.</p>
