Thus your best intentions are thrown to the curb and you resume your old behavior.
The good news is there is a part of your mind known as the subconscious, your good friend, which is responsible for maintaining all your bodily functions such as breathing, heart beating, actions that you don’t consciously think about. Now wouldn’t it be easy to allow your subconscious mind understand what healthy foods choices to make and eliminate a behavior you know is unhealthy?
