Hypnosis allows one to transform or change in many ways. When you think about it everything in nature changes, the seasons, the tides, the moon etc. So why shouldn’t we change? We’re a part of nature.
A good exercise is to think about what you would like to change about you…physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Write down all you desire along with the positive benefits that go along with the transformation and then set that goal into motion.
